Yes. As a security procedure we just ask you to provide our office with the contact details of any additional people being given access to your unit.
It is our recommendation for all our customers to have insurance. You can speak with any of our friendly staff to work out what insurance options are best for you.
We issue a personal PIN number. You will need to pin in on arrival and pin out on departure. The PIN will allow our staff to know which customers are on the premises. Security of the premises and units is paramount.

We sell a range of padlocks in our Packaging and Box Shop. This can be purchased when you arrive to start storing your goods.

Our notice period is 14 days. Any of your possessions can be moved out within the 14 days.
No problem... You can change your unit size at any time regardless whether this happens before or after you move in. There is no fee for changing units.
No problem. It will be easy to increase or decrease the size of your unit at any time. Just make contact with our friendly staff and they will advise on the best size unit for your requirements. This flexibility means you won’t be paying for space you don’t need.
Almost anything can be stored, however we restrict items that are perishable, flammable or illegal. The following is an indication of those types of items that cannot be stored.
